Her debut movie ‘Nishabd’ may have bombed at the box-office but, that didn’t stop this new comer from stealing the thunder away from the South superstar Asin.
Prabhudeva, who is directing the movie, was keen on casting Asin but, it was Salman Khan, who recommended Jiah’s name and we all know if Sallu approves someone the director has to give a nod.
The Producer of the movie Boney Kapoor met with Jiah and explained to her the character in detail and the budding actress happily agreed to be a part of the project. Even though Jiah is a newcomer, the actress demands detailed information of her character and she had lately said a big, “No” to ‘Dhoom’ director Sanjay Gadhvi as he refused to provide her with specifics of the role she was being offered.
Jiah, who is 19-years old, was paired opposite the 60 something Bachchan and now she gets to work with the 40 plus Salman Khan.
